Strangely, I had one of these large harps within reach when I read your post. I think it has "ENGLAND" stamped 8 times, on all 4 sides of each of the arms about where they contact the teeth. The frame has a pebbly surface, with a shiny finish on top, looking vaguely pewterish to me. Mine seems to be slightly sharp for a C. I bought it decades ago, and can't remember where. I don't think that it is very good, but I haven't experienced a really good harp of this shape yet. The gaps around the reed appear to be about half as broad as the reed, which I expect is not very good. I just got a couple of dan mois, and they have much closer clearance. So, here's corroboration, but no real help.
