A: Browse youtube for info on jewsaphone. Plenty to find. B: A jewsaphone does not necessarily amplify the sound of the j-harp, but gives it direction. C: American artist/craftsman Clayton Baily makes these instruments. D: Personally I would go for a small, handheld michrophone (like Madcat Shaker), cupped inside the hand that holds the j-harp. If you really are into melody playing, a mic like DPA gives better result. Godd luck! Bernhard
