I just thought I'd pass this on: Alesis has a portable battery-powered amp that some of you might want to try. The company rates it at 20 watts and claims a 12 hour battery life. Rolls around like a piece of luggage. I just saw it for sale at a local Guitar Center for $200. Still not enough power for me, though.
