I wonder what 'harp it is? - I've asked some other folks, more skilled at this, to answer but no word from them yet. Usually this is the end of a good 'harp as it'll never be the same again. Reeds are fashioned precisely with nuances not neccesarily discernable by the naked eye. Fashioning a new reed exactly and crimping it in place would be best... but, I fear, unlikely. Maybe someone else will have another opinion. Best of luck - Mark
