HI Owen, I think many instrument can fit your desire to get something with better sound. But soudning qualities are quite individuals, not only depending on the kind of instrument nor maker. The best way would be to get to a JH meeting or si, where both players and sellers would show many differents instruments, which you could try... //kidding mode : on // After playing a "snoopy harp", any instrument would bring you satisfaction :-\ /kidding off/
